RATES AND PAYMENT
Our rates can be negotiable in front and we are using Rupiah
(IDR) and US Dollar (US$) currency. Rates are based on these
criteria :
* deadline
* content, subject and level of difficulty * length of document * purpose of translation.
For example : Our rates start from IDR 12,000 up to IDR
40,000 (please use the latest curs for US$ currency conversion)
for a unit of source, i.e per 300 words of the source language.
Quota : We usually take a translation job with maximum 5000 words per day and this is the tightest deadline (please negotiate the rate) and the standard quota is 200 words per day. If you are in a rush, we could work faster with an additional fee. After we are settled with the agreement of the price/rate, please transfer the down payment (DP) of a minimum 50% to our bank account (BCA, BNI or Mandiri) that we provide, international order can be paid in different way, preferably with a medium like PAYPAL/Moneybooker/Alertpay. You can charge your credit card directly from PAYPAL. We are pretty sure we can arrange some sort of other payment that you are convenient to use. Translation job will be initiated when the status of the down payment is confirmed. After completion of the job, the file will be sent to your e-mail in a .rar/.zip/.pdf protected format with password or copied to a protected dvd/cd along with an attachment/ a set of the invoice you may need. However, these sort of terms can be negotiable for you to simplify the process of the order.
